At DOREA & Co., we want you to love your jewellery. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Personalised or engraved pieces are non-returnable, except if damaged or defective.

  • Exchanges for the same item are available—please contact us for details.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo, and we will promptly replace or refund your order.
